United Tooling secure new showroom and warehouse unit for relocation on Hillington Park

The fully modernised unit at 21-23 Earl Haig Rd has been leased by United Tooling for its Kelvin Power Tools branch which has been successfully trading from  premises at 22 Kelvin Avenue since 1992.

The extensive work programme included a full internal refurbishment with the installation of LED lighting throughout, removal of gas and installation of new electric heating. External improvements included recoated roof and wall cladding and resurfacing of the service yard. The upgrade has resulted in the EPC of the building being boosted from G to A.
