The company, which is part of the international Geveko Markings Group, specialises in producing materials essential for road safety, including retroreflective beads that enhance the visibility of road markings in low-light and adverse weather conditions.
Derek Aitken, Senior Asset Manager at Hillington Park said: “AllGlass contacted us looking for storage facilities after the loss of their existing premises in Linwood due to a fire from a neighbouring building. They were losing out on valuable business by not having storage capability for their manufactured products. As all negotiations were done direct, we were very quickly able to agree a deal on flexible terms and provide access. The unit is rapidly filling up with stock and we are delighted that this Centrepoint unit met AllGlass’ urgent requirements and is now income-producing.”
